Grant Request

This form can be used by all Cornerstone faculty and staff to request a grant from the Cornerstone Academy Foundation. All submissions will be reviewed by CCA department heads. If approved, the grant request will be reviewed and voted on by the Foundation Board of Directors. The requestor will be notified via email of the status of their grant request.
